About the Founder - Mick Donahoo

With over 30 years of experience in technology and business leadership, Mick has built a career on solving problems, building products, and helping organizations grow. His journey has taken him from enterprise consulting at Ernst & Young to co-founding and leading a publicly traded technology company, managing global development teams, and working with some of the world's most recognized brands.

Throughout his career, Mick has:

• Co-founded and served as CFO/CTO of Freeze Tag, Inc., guiding strategy, financial health, product development, and information technology.
• Led public company finance and compliance, including SEC reporting, capital raises, and board communications.
• Partnered with brands like Universal Studios, Scholastic, Microsoft, Honda, Nickelodeon, and Paramount, delivering innovative games and digital solutions.
• Directed global engineering teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, managing the design and launch of dozens of successful products.
• Delivered enterprise-scale consulting with Ernst & Young for Fortune 500 clients in financial services and aerospace & defense.
• Spearheaded interactive marketing and technology projects for clients such as Qualcomm, General Motors, Fujitsu, and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.
• Founded and advised multiple ventures across technology, healthcare business operations, real estate redevelopment, and digital product innovation.
